Dr. Stella Tsani received an expert invitation to the EU Russia Diplomacy Project actions
Stella Tsani, Head of the Department of Energy, Economic Policy and Regional Cooperation at ICRE8, has received an expert invitation to the EU Russia Diplomacy Project actions, held from 20-26th of May 2018 in Moscow, Russia. Stella participated in panel discussions, public lectures and expert consultation sessions on issues of sustainable development and natural resource management, coupling sustainable development with economic growth and recent trends in the economics literature and policy making. Stella exchanged views with experts, policy makers, academics, students and non-expert audience at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow, and the ECOCUP Film Festival, through parallel actions and group meetings.
