Ioannis Tsipouridis is the President, Board of Directors at H.W.E.A. (Hellenic Wind Energy Association). He studied in the University of Leeds-United Kingdom (1971-1980) and was awarded with a B.Sc. In Chemical Engineering, a M.Sc. In Fuels and Energy and a Ph.D. in Solar Energy.
